Dalt Wisney is a supporting character who appeared in the episode, Christmas public enemy. He, along with a group of accomplices are sent out by Momi to kill Mokey the MOUSE under the threat that Momi would kill herself. With Wisney leading the group, armed with a gun, they bust into Mokey's house announcing that they've come to kill him. After a prolonged chase, when the group reach Mokey, who'd just learned that his attempted assassination was orchestrated by Momi, Dalt along with his group now Including the Police are effortlessly crushed by an enraged Mokey.
